3. Can you verify income through W2’s, pay stubs, and previous years tax returns.
4. Have you been on time on your rent payments for the past 12 months and can we verify?
5. Do you have decent credit? (no foreclosures, forbearance or bankruptcy)
6. Do you have at least 10% of the sales price saved for a down payment?
